Editorial policy
Prime City Briefing aims to make useful, grounded explanations of resourceful urban life. We distinguish general ideas from claims that would need local confirmation, and we correct the record when a published detail is wrong.
Accuracy and clarity
We check names, descriptions and factual claims before publication, and take care not to present an example as a rule for every city. When a subject depends on local arrangements, we make that limitation clear rather than asking readers to treat general information as official guidance.
Independence
Editorial decisions are made for readers, not as a promise of favourable coverage. A relationship with a partner does not give that partner control over independent editorial content.
Corrections
If you spot a factual error or an unclear passage, write through the Contact page and describe the issue. We review correction requests and, when a change is warranted, amend the text and make the correction clear.
Partner material and illustrations
Material created as part of a paid or other partner arrangement is clearly labelled so readers can distinguish it from independent editorial work. Some illustrations may be AI-generated; where that applies, the illustration is identified accordingly.
Use what the city already offers
A resourceful city is not built from purchases alone. We look at the places, materials and shared knowledge already within reach.
